Yes, we sing a song for Love
We suckle sound and taste.
With what’s here and that above,
We dance with what we face.
We’re free to stumble and to leap
In loves reflecting pond.
We still and stir the waters deep,
With the spirit of our bond.
On fruit and meat we daily feed.
Seasons clock our rhythmic breath.
Within each heart, thought and deed,
We birth our lives ‘til death.
Within our frail mortality,
Tears and kisses turn to dust.
We wander towards eternity.
We hold our lives in trust.
